Payments 

Credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure a booking. Credit card surcharges will be applied (2.5% MasterCard and Visa, 4% AMEX). For groups or special events full payment is required within 4 weeks of arrival. Any outstanding room charges, penalty cleaning costs, loss of earnings due to being unable to on-sell the room as a result of any damage, and collection costs, will also be charged to the card if applicable.

Cancellation

Cancellation or Amendments are required in writing, 4 weeks’ notice required for Public and School Holidays, Xmas/New Year, Group booking and Special events.  7 days’ notice required at all other times or as per your OTA’s booking policy when more than 7 days.  Failure to fulfill this obligation will require full payment plus collection costs.

Drugs & Alcohol

If its illegal in NZ it is illegal at our place therefore there is to be no possession or use of illicit drugs on our premises.  If found police will be notified, you will be required to leave the premises immediately, forfeit your cost of the booking and be responsible for all associated costs, e.g. cleaning.  Intoxicated guests are not permitted on the property.

Visitors & Parties

Your room is for paying guests use only.  4 visitors for a maximum 1 hour will be permitted with no visitors after 9:00pm.  Unauthorised guests will be charged $300.00 per person.  No noise is permitted between 9:00pm – 7am.  Parties and individuals pre-loading prior to going out is NOT permitted.

Child Policy

Infants under 2 years of age stay free if using existing beds. Travel Cot hire is available for a fee and subject to availability. The child rate applies to all other children. Under 18 year olds  are not permitted to stay without an adult
